Camping activities change with the seasons at Otter Lake Campground and you'll never lack for things to do no matter what time of year you come!
Planned Activities
Spring & Fall
Planned weekend activities include softball and volleyball games, ceramics on Saturdays, fire truck rides, movies and bingo. Holidays, including Easter, Mother's Day and Halloween have special planned events!.
Summer
Monday through Friday: The resort's Activity Director plans daily children's activities, including softball, kickball, soccer, fishing contests, arts & crafts and more! Adults and kids alike can participate in Otter Lake Archery and Ceramic Classes. There is a daily fire truck ride and two bingo sessions a week.
Weekends: Enjoy entertainment from bands and DJs on Saturday nights, church services on Sunday and much, much more!

Fun activities on Your Own
If you don’t want to join the fun there is plenty to do on your own. No license is required for fishing in our well stocked 60 acre spring-fed lake. The lake has bass, pickerel, perch as well as sunny's and catfish. Our lake is catch and release only. There are row boats, canoes, kayaks and pedal boats for rent by the hour, day, or week. You may bring your own boat free of charge, remembering that Pennsylvania State law requires life jackets for each person and a whistle or horn in each boat. Electric motors are permitted on registered boats, but not gasoline motors.
We have swimming at three locations. Our outdoor pool has grassy lawn for sunning, a diving area with a diving board, a slide, and a separate enclosed kiddy pool. On the lake there is a sandy beach with a roped off swimming area. The heated indoor pool is open all year, with limited hours in the spring and fall and weekends only from mid October until May. Located at the indoor pool area is a sauna and 2 whirlpools.
There are 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts and a basketball court all with lights for night use. Two shuffleboard courts and horseshoe pits are also available. We haves equipment that you may borrow by leaving a deposit. We do not supply Tennis Balls or Racquetballs.
We have four playgrounds in different areas of the campground. Each with something to climb on, ride on, or swing from.
